RE Training & Consultancy Pte Ltd (RETC) was set up with “PEOPLE” in mind. Many real estate people are knowledgeable, but are often found wanting in applying what they know. Our “Training”methods addresses that by teaching how to apply what they have learnt. What follows is “Development” into a real estate professional who is both confident and competent. Thomas Tan
Director
Thomas Tan is the KEO at RE Training & Consultancy (RETC), an estate agency in Singapore, and President of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA). He has trained over 10,000 students who have benefited from his Real Estate Salesperson (RES) course, and continuing professional development (CPD) courses. His passion for real estate and training is evident to all who attended his lessons and seminars. His lessons are always lively and interesting, deconstructing complex theories to easy-to-understand concepts. Thomas holds a Master of Training & Development, BBA (1999), CEHA (1996), RES (2011), ACTA (2011), and WSQ Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE, 2016).
